Our Story
We met in 2018 at our local gym. It all started when Guy bought me a drink for my birthday when we both bumped into each other on a night out in Matlock. Guy was warned I was “fierce” but clearly, he likes a challenge. We are total opposites at times, but we complement each other well; the rest as they say is history.
We have achieved so much together over the years, but future plans may include a baby Slater and most definitely another family holiday. Some travel in a camper van is on our list but eventually, I would love to live somewhere by the sea, but Guy is taking a lot of convincing.
About Scarlett
Scarlett was born in Chesterfield in 1987. Scarlett is very outgoing (those of you that know her will know exactly what I mean) she is not afraid to speak her mind. Scarlett is always up for a challenge and will give 110% in everything she does. She is strong-minded and extremely driven. Scarlett enjoys walking, going to the gym, having long baths, drinking gin, dancing, and all things outdoors. She is the total opposite to me, but they do say opposites attract which is why I think we work well together.
About Guy
Guy was born in 1989 in Darley Dale and raised in Matlock. He is one of four siblings. Guy is one of the most loyal and devoted individuals I have ever met. He’s a hard worker and very family-orientated. Guy enjoys the outdoors- walking, rambling, outdoor activities, and camping as well as drinking whiskey. Guy can be a quiet person, but he’s what I would call a ‘thinker’. He has a calming influence and is that laid back he is almost horizontal- just the type of person I needed. He never tries to change me, and I feel most comfortable when I am with him. We really do bring out the best in each other.
