Wedding Cake
Our wedding cake is being made by the mother of the bride, April. Please be mindful of any food allergies/intolerances you may have.
Attire
Smart during the day. Smart casual for the evening, no trainers, please.
Children
As much as we love children, this is a child-free wedding. The only children allowed to attend are those involved in the ceremony. So, relax and enjoy some child-free time
Timings - Day
Arrival from 12.30 pm where you will be greeted by Guy and his groomsmen.
13.30 pm- Ceremony – This is planned to take place outside.
In the unfortunate event, it rains heavily- the ceremony will be moved inside. Please bring suitable attire so you are warm.
Deep Down Brass (band) will be playing out the ceremony and starting their first set of three.
Around 2.15 pm- A celebratory drink to toast the bride and groom with canapes on the lawn area.
2.30 pm- Photos and another set by Deep Down Brass
3.15 pm- Speeches and Wedding Breakfast.
The Wedding Painter will be completing his ‘live’ painting during this time.
6 pm- Final set by Deep Down Brass.
7.00 pm- Evening guests arrive, and the DJ set commences until 12.30 am.
8.30-9 pm- evening BBQ

Accommodation- There are 18 rooms available at Biggin Hall on the day of the wedding. Rooms will be allocated first to close family and friends, after which will be allocated on a first come first served basis to others attending the wedding. We do have a reserve list for those wanting rooms as most of the rooms have already been taken.
The price of the room also includes breakfast, complimentary drinks in your room and a packed lunch to take home on the day you check out.
April, the mother of the bride, is managing the allocation of rooms and she is contactable on 07813657493.
Check-in for the rooms on the day of the wedding is between 2.30 pm-3 pm. Those attending on the day are asked to leave their luggage in their car or in reception until this time.
Breakfast is between 8.00 am – 9.30 am (subject to change), and check out is 11.00 am
Biggin Hall Country House Hotel is in a magnificent setting in the heart of the Peak District, close to Hartington and Dovedale, and the pretty market towns of Ashbourne, Bakewell and Buxton.
Biggin Hall is spacious and there are plenty of quiet areas for people to relax and roam. We have hire of the whole venue for the entire duration of the wedding.
